CO2 Laser Engraving
In 2023, Micro Tool Welding decided to add a CO2 laser to our shop. We did a lot of research before buying so that we knew what the capabilities of the machine were prior to advertising it. We spent about a month just playing around with different materials to ensure we were confident before we began to offer this service as well.
Capabilities
We have a mid-size CO2 Laser engraver that we use for the larger projects. We can engrave tumblers, pen, pencils, wallets, hat patches, wood projects, granite tiles, etc. We can take your design or logo and bring your customization ideas to life.
Diode and IR Engraving
We also have a Diode and IR Laser engraver. It is extremely precise and the clarity is amazing! We use this one for a lot of items, but it is exceptional for jewelry, dog tags, keychains, christmas decorations and other smaller items.
We can even take this machine to craft shows and customize products on site.
Fiber Laser Engraving
In 2025, we decided to add a Fiber Laser Engraver to our lineup. This machine gives us the capability to engrave into metals. It especially has come in handy for brass tags and nameplates, but it can also do a deep engrave on injection pins and other steel as well.
